Backer Homes is committed to customer service from the day you purchase your new home, through the entire warranty period. We are here to help you and our goal is your satisfaction.
Your factory/dealer warranty is for the first year that you own your home. The following information will help you properly submit your warranty repair requests.
1. All warranty items must be submitted in writing. You may submit your requests in the following ways:

2. All warranty requests will be followed up by a written confirmation, via email or regular mail. If you do not receive the written confirmation within a week of submitting your request, please make a courtesy call to the office to confirm that we received it.
3. California state law allows the factory and the dealer 90 days to complete all warranteed repairs, please be patient. Generally, it won’t take that long, but be prepared if there are delays.
4. If you have an urgent matter, like a plumbing leak or electrical problem, please call our office immediately. If you cannot reach us in a timely manner and significant damage is going to be done to the home, please take action to call a local professional. We will help you get reimbursed from the factory for any of the repairs.
5. Please submit the following information, when completing a Warranty Submission
a. Name
b. Address
c. Serial Number
d. Location of defect (i.e. lower cabinet to the left of the dishwasher)
e. Defect (i.e. cabinet doesn’t close properly)
